- International city marketing and reputation
- Competence of the city organisation
These indicators show how active and influential Tallinn is internationally, how visible the city is in the external environment, and how strong the city’s own capacity is to participate in international cooperation.
City diplomacy
Indicators:
- Number of city employees participating in international networks and organisations and their steering bodies and working groups
- Number of international events (co-)organised in Tallinn per year
- Number of joint Tallinn-Helsinki and Tallinn-Ukraine initiatives and projects per yearTallinna ja partnerlinnade (sh Helsingi ja Ukraina linnad) ühiste algatuste ja projektide arv aastas
- 10% per year increase in the volume of external projects
International city marketing and city reputation
Indicators:
- Tallinn’s international brand reputation and visibility in key target countries
- Tallinn’s media coverage amounts and tone in international media
- Number of English-language social media followers in Tallinn
- Volume of foreign investment and number of new investments
- Number of companies with a global reach, headquartered or with a development centre in Tallinn, with an annual labour cost of at least €5 million
- Satisfaction of external visitors
